We built our own aligner service because we wanted to look after patients ourselves, start to finish. Your teeth deserve a plan. A plan made by someone who's actually seen your mouth, who can answer when you call, and who'll still be there in eighteen months when the retainers need replacing.

What We Treat

The honest version.

Clear aligners are extraordinary for some things and unsuitable for others. We'll always tell you which one you are.

Most of our patients come to us with mild-to-moderate crowding, small gaps, slight rotations, or teeth that have quietly shifted since childhood braces came off. For those, aligners are usually the kindest solution — nearly invisible, fully removable, no wires, no embarrassment.

Where the movement needs something more — severe crowding, skeletal bite problems, teeth that really need fixed appliances — we'll say so at the consultation. You won't be talked into a treatment that wasn't going to work.

Which One Are You

Find your case, and its price.

Clear aligners are quoted by how far your teeth have to travel. Here's how the cases tend to break down, roughly how long each takes, and exactly where our £999 package fits.

Mild

The quiet cases

Typical of
A stubborn tooth or two, small gaps, minor crowding, or a little drift since your childhood braces came off.
Bite
No bite change needed.
Treatment time
Around 4 to 6 months.
£999 or £23/month

Covered by our £999 package

Moderate

The most common story

Typical of
Noticeable crowding or spacing across both your top and bottom teeth.
Bite
Light bite refinement.
Treatment time
Around 6 to 12 months.
£999 or £23/month

Covered by our £999 package

Complex

When it needs more

Typical of
Severe crowding, large gaps, or a bite that genuinely needs correcting.
Bite
Skeletal or bite correction, often handled better with fixed braces.
Treatment time
12 to 18 months, sometimes longer.
Assessed at your consultation

We'll tell you honestly if aligners aren't the right tool for the job.

Our £999 is one flat price, not a starting figure that quietly climbs. It covers mild-to-moderate cases from the first scan to the last check-up, every aligner in the set, and the retainers that hold the result. Complex cases we assess in person, and sometimes the honest answer is fixed braces, which we'll always say.

How We Compare

£999, or the name on the box?

Invisalign is a brand, not a treatment of its own, a little like Hoover is to vacuum cleaners. For mild-to-moderate cases, dentist-fitted clear aligners move teeth on exactly the same principles for a fraction of the price. For genuinely complex work the brand's track record can be worth paying for, and we'll tell you when that's you.

Invisalign figures are typical UK prices, not our own. We break the whole ladder down in what Invisalign really costs in the UK and the cheapest clear aligners in the UK.

One important line to draw: this is about aligners fitted and watched over by a real dentist, not the posted-to-your-door kits with nobody checking your teeth. That's the one corner we'd never cut.

Why Here, Why Us

Three small differences that matter.

01

Made in the UK, in-house.

Your aligners are produced here — not shipped in from a factory you've never heard of with a four-week lead time. Turnaround is quick, revisions are quicker, and the person who scanned your teeth is the same person who signs off the final tray.

02

A real dentist on the plan.

Every treatment is designed and reviewed by a GDC-registered dentist at our practice. Not an algorithm, not an overseas technician you'll never meet. If you've got questions halfway through, you come into the clinic and someone answers them properly.

03

Retainers are part of the deal.

Ninety per cent of aligner relapse comes down to patients not wearing retainers, usually because no-one told them the retainers were the whole point. Ours come included — fixed, removable, or both — and we'll keep an eye on them at your check-ups.

We treat the quiet patients — the ones who've hidden their smile in photos for fifteen years and only now feel ready to do something about it.

The Journey

How a smile gets made.

01

Consultation

Free, unhurried, and honest. We'll look at your teeth, talk about what's bothering you, and tell you whether aligners are the right answer. If they're not, we'll say so.

02

Scan & preview

A quick intraoral scan — no goopy impressions — and you'll see a preview of where your teeth could be at the end. Most patients are surprised by how small the movements need to be.

03

Your treatment plan

We design the plan in-house, walk you through it, and wait for your sign-off before anything goes into production. No surprises, no locked-in commitments until you're sure.

04

Aligners & check-ins

Your first trays are fitted at the practice. You wear each set for a week or two, we see you every six to eight weeks to track progress, and any refinements are handled here, not sent abroad.

05

Retention

Once the teeth are where they should be, retainers hold them there. Included in the price, reviewed at every check-up. This is the bit most providers treat as an afterthought. We don't.
