Your first appointment · What to expect
A dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes digital X-rays where they are needed, and explains what they find. You leave with a written treatment plan and a price for each item on it. Treatment only goes ahead when you decide.

What happens at a check-up →Every treatment is given a fixed price after diagnosis and written into your plan before anything starts, with nothing added later. Follow-up appointments after treatment are free, and any treatment over £500 is eligible for 0% finance over 12 months.

Find your nearest practice →Nervous patients · Sedation available
Many of our new patients have not seen a dentist for years, and many are anxious about it. Tell us when you book and we will plan the appointment around you.
Appointments for nervous patients are unhurried. We explain what we are going to do before we do it, and nobody will judge you for how long it has been since your last visit.
If you would rather nothing was treated on the day, say so. You leave with the examination, the X-rays and a treatment plan, and you decide when to book any treatment.
For patients who need more help with anxiety, we offer a light oral sedative to take the edge off, inhalation sedation for milder cases, and IV sedation with a dedicated sedation nurse from £249 an hour, where you are awake but deeply relaxed and often remember very little of the treatment. How we look after nervous patients explains each option.
Your treatment plan · Step by step
If it has been a while, there may be several things to treat. We treat them in order of urgency, over a small number of appointments, and then keep your mouth healthy with regular check-ups.
Your first appointment finds everything that needs attention and gives each item a price, in writing.
For most patients, four or five appointments. Anything painful or infected is treated first, then the gums and a professional clean, then fillings and any larger repairs, with a final check that everything has settled. How a treatment plan works explains each stage.
A check-up and clean every six months, or every three months if you have been treated for gum disease, so small problems are caught before they need larger treatment. Why every six months explains the reasons.
Two check-ups, two professional cleans, priority emergency access and whitening top-ups from £19.99 a month, paid month to month with no lock-in. See the care plans.
The plan patients are the ones we rarely see in pain. That's the whole point.
