The honest part · Three things to know before you book anywhere
- You need enough bone. If the tooth has been missing for years you may need a graft first. It’s routine, we do it in-house, and it’s quoted separately and agreed before anything starts.
- Healing takes months, not days. First surgery to final crown is usually three to six months. Anyone promising a permanent tooth dramatically faster is skipping the biology.
- Smoking lowers success rates. We’ll ask about it at the consultation and be straight with you about what it means for your case.

Is the implant consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation is free, the CBCT scan is free where we take one, and the written treatment plan you leave with is free. You only ever spend a penny if you decide to go ahead.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. 0% finance is available over 12 months on any treatment above £500, and 60-month plans at 12.9% APR representative are available on any amount, which brings a £1,999 implant to around £45 a month.*

How long does the whole process take?
From consultation to final crown is usually three to six months. The placement itself takes 30 to 45 minutes for a single implant; the longest part is the few months the bone spends growing around the implant, which happens on its own schedule while you get on with life.
How does the price compare to other Leeds implant clinics?
When we checked published Leeds prices in July 2026, a single implant with its crown typically ran from around £2,200 upwards.
