A night at the Manchester clinic
A patient called us at 2am from Salford with a swollen face from an abscess. Her wisdom tooth had been bothering her for weeks, and by that night the swelling was spreading and she was frightened. We saw her within forty minutes, drained the abscess, started her on antibiotics, and booked the extraction for two days later. £20 to be seen, with the full plan agreed before anything began.

What counts as a dental emergency?
Any severe pain, bleeding that won't stop, a knocked-out or broken tooth, swelling, or a lost filling or crown all count. If you're not sure, just call us and we'll talk it through.
Can I get a same-day appointment, or just walk in?
Both work. We're open 24/7 and aim to see emergency patients within an hour of calling, and walk-ins are welcome. Booking online or ringing 0113 868 3185 first just means we can have a chair and a dentist ready for you.
How much does it cost?
The emergency assessment is £20 and includes your X-rays. Any treatment is quoted clearly and agreed before we start: a simple extraction from £149, root canal from £500, a filling from £99. For bigger work, 0% finance is available, subject to status.
What if I've knocked a tooth out?
Pick it up by the crown, not the root. If it's dirty, rinse it gently in milk or saline, and please don't scrub it. Try to pop it back in the socket; if you can't, keep it in milk and call us straight away. The first hour matters most.
When are you open?
24/7, 365 days a year. Evenings, weekends, bank holidays, Christmas Day: whenever it goes wrong in Manchester, we're here.
Do you serve Salford, Trafford and Oldham?
Yes. Greater Manchester patients come to us from Salford, Trafford, Oldham, Bolton and Bury when their usual clinic is closed for the night or the weekend.
How do you compare to Night & Day Manchester?
Both are private emergency clinics. The difference is our £20 assessment includes your X-rays, where most clinics charge for those separately. We're also part of a Yorkshire-built group with our own Clinical Director, Dr Zain Chishty, and UK CQC registration.
