Composite Bonding Cost · 2026 prices, in the open
What composite bonding actually costs.
Across the UK, bonding runs from around £100 a tooth for a simple edge repair to £500 for complex full-coverage work, and most clinics won't tell you their number until you've sat through a consultation. Ours is on this page: £199 per tooth, everything included, the same figure for every case.

The wider market · What UK clinics were charging when we checked, July 2026
Why the quotes you're collecting vary so much.
Published UK prices cluster by the size of the job: simple edge bonding around £100 to £200 a tooth, standard single-tooth work £300 to £400, and complex full-coverage bonding up to £450 or £500. London sits at the top of every range, often £400 to £600 a tooth, while northern clinics tend to run £150 to £350. Four-tooth makeovers are commonly packaged between £1,200 and £2,000, six-tooth between £1,200 and £2,700.
The variation is real, and it comes from four honest places: how much of the tooth is being rebuilt, the artistry and chair time of the dentist doing the shaping, the composite brand used, and the postcode on the door. What it shouldn't come from is finding out three add-ons later that the headline never included the consultation or the polish. That's why our figure is flat, published, and all-in.

Good to know
Bonding cost questions, answered straight.
How much does composite bonding cost per tooth in the UK?
When we checked published UK prices in July 2026, edge bonding typically ran £100 to £200 per tooth, standard bonding £300 to £400, and complex full-coverage work up to £450 or £500, with London clinics at the top of every range. At UrgentCare Dental it's a flat £199 per tooth whatever the case needs, including the shade match, premium composite and the finishing polish.
How much does composite bonding on 6 teeth cost?
At UrgentCare Dental, exactly six times the per-tooth price: £1,194, or from £26.68 a month on finance. Across the UK, six-tooth makeover packages typically run £1,200 to £2,700 depending on the clinic and the city.
Why is your price lower than most clinics?
Because nothing is subcontracted and nothing is bundled in that you didn't ask for: the consultation is free, the work happens in one visit in our own chairs, and £199 a tooth is the same figure whether you're having one tooth or ten. We publish it because we don't need a consultation to tell you what it costs.
Does the price include everything?
Yes: the shade match, premium composite resin (3M Filtek and Tokuyama), the multi-grit finishing polish, and a year of free chip top-ups are all inside the £199. The only thing quoted separately is treatment you'd genuinely need first, like a filling in a decayed tooth, and that's agreed in writing before anything starts.
How long does composite bonding last?
Five to seven years per tooth on average, longer with good hygiene and a night guard if you grind. When a corner chips, it's repaired on the spot rather than replaced, usually for under £80, and free within the first twelve months.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. 0% deposit finance over 60 months at 12.9% APR representative brings six teeth to around £26.68 a month, and 0% APR over 12 months is available on treatment above £500, subject to status.
The consultation is free. The mock-up comes first.
A registered dentist looks at your teeth, tells you in writing whether bonding is even the right call, and on multi-tooth cases you see the finished shape mocked up live before anything sets. Only if you go ahead do you spend a penny.
